1. Digital Products (Reunion Templates)

All Reunion templates are delivered electronically.

Processing and Delivery: Same-day processing and instant delivery via email once your order is completed.

Refunds: Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once a template has been delivered, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

Exceptions: If you experience a technical issue preventing access to your template, please contact our support team at contact@knottandkin.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
2. Physical Products (Dropshipping Items)

Dropshipping items are produced and fulfilled by Plentiful, a third-party provider.

Refunds/Exchanges: Eligible for refunds or exchanges if:

The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival

You contact us within 30 days of receiving the product
