Refund Policy

At Knott & Kin, we strive to provide high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. This Refund Policy explains our rules for refunds, exchanges, and digital product delivery.

1. Digital Products (Reunion Templates)

  • All Reunion templates are delivered electronically.

  • Processing and Delivery: Same-day processing and instant delivery via email once your order is completed.

  • Refunds: Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once a template has been delivered, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

  • Exceptions: If you experience a technical issue preventing access to your template, please contact our support team at contact@knottandkin.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

2. Physical Products (Dropshipping Items)

  • Dropshipping items are produced and fulfilled by Plentiful, a third-party provider.

  • Refunds/Exchanges: Eligible for refunds or exchanges if:

    • The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival

    • You contact us within 30 days of receiving the product

  • Process:

    1. Contact our customer support team at contact@knottandkin.com with your order number and issue.

    2. We will provide instructions for returning the item if applicable.

    3. Once the return is received and inspected, we will process a refund or replacement.

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect.
